Paper purpose

  • It evaluates the distinct Project-managing shaped-intelligence evidence object established through the mediated-shaping approach.
  • The evidence environment is project and BAU IT support work.
  • It supports public-stage capability evaluation only, not implementation proof or method transfer.

The landing page summarises and routes. The Concept DOI identifies the evolving paper, resolves to its latest public version and remains the public route for formal wording, version access and citation.

Abstract

Project-managing shaped intelligence is the domain-facing capability evaluated in this paper. Established through the mediated-shaping approach, it is assessed in real project and BAU IT support contexts where fragmented source material must become cumulative project state, dependency and risk framing, project-health assessment and review-ready communication.

The public-safe evidence combines a primary Project-managing evidence stream with supporting domain-extensibility evidence and one illustrative transfer-evaluation map. The controlling question is whether reconstruction, sequencing, domain-practice, subject-context, work-state, resumption and communication-preparation burden visibly shifted to shaped intelligence while unresolved matters and human authority remained explicit.

The evidence may support initial capability evaluation and, where relevant, protected-stage discussion. It does not establish measured improvement, reproducibility, deployment assurance, method transfer or a separate financial-domain capability. Section 10 contains the controlling public evidence test; Appendix A provides lookup detail only when a trace point needs checking.

Public contribution

  • Presents public-safe evidence from project-managing shaped intelligence.
  • Tests visible before/after transitions in recurring work burden.
  • Keeps the human-authority boundary explicit.
  • Separates supporting evidence, primary capability evidence and illustrative transfer framing.

Public boundary

This paper supports bounded public-stage capability evaluation only. It does not establish measured improvement, reproducibility, deployment assurance, method transfer or a separate domain claim. Use Section 10 as the controlling public evidence test. Implementation-level review belongs in protected-stage discussion.

Distinct evidence object

This paper evaluates Project-managing shaped intelligence established through the mediated-shaping approach. The separately published Product-managing paper evaluates bounded operational maturity, observable but unquantified coordination value and direct-approach contribution within a distinct product-level instance; neither paper ranks one shaping approach above the other.
