A public-safe capability-evidence paper on project-managing shaped intelligence, visible two-sided work-burden shift and human authority.
Formal public evidence working paper · Stable DOI · Mediated-shaping project-work instance.
This page is the website summary of the DOI-backed paper; the paper itself remains the formal public capability-evidence source. Website explanations may sharpen supported formulations, but this landing page does not attribute later website wording to the paper unless the paper itself carries it.
The landing page summarises and routes. The stable DOI resolves to the latest public version and remains the public route for formal wording, version access and citation.
Use the paper to check the public evidence instance and whether the visible evidence justifies protected-stage discussion.
This paper presents a public-safe capability-evidence instance under the mediated-shaping approach through AI-shaping intelligence: project-managing shaped intelligence in project and business-as-usual (BAU) IT support contexts. Within the category, shaped intelligence carries a reusable and iteratively improvable domain work pattern and reusable work basis; in this paper, the evidence object is whether visible before/after transitions show two-sided work-burden shift moving from the responsible person to project-managing shaped intelligence while purpose, supplied context, judgement, review, approval, disclosure, escalation, communication, decisions and real-world action remain human-owned.
The structured public evidence package has two evidence streams and one illustrative transfer-evaluation map. Supporting domain-extensibility evidence comes from the actual extension from vendor-evaluating shaped intelligence into broader project-managing shaped intelligence. Primary capability evidence comes from project-managing shaped intelligence tested in real project and BAU IT support contexts. The illustrative map shows a planned protected-stage cross-domain transfer evaluation into stock-evaluating shaped intelligence, followed only after materialisation and evaluation by possible extension into portfolio-managing shaped intelligence. It creates no stock- or portfolio-domain capability evidence, provides no financial advice and authorises no action.
Section 10 is the controlling public evidence test; Appendix A provides lookup detail where a trace point needs checking. The permitted public conclusion is limited to initial capability evaluation and whether protected-stage discussion is justified. The paper is not implementation guidance, deployment assurance, reproducibility proof, measured-improvement proof, product-performance assurance, method transfer, financial advice, portfolio advice, investment-management assurance or a separate domain capability claim.
This paper supports bounded public-stage capability evaluation only. Use Section 10 as the controlling public evidence test. Implementation-level review belongs in protected-stage discussion.

Product-Managing Shaped Intelligence: Evidence from a Bounded Knowledge and Publication Product
Use the Product-managing paper for the distinct direct-shaping bounded-product evidence object.
This paper evaluates Project-managing shaped intelligence established through the mediated-shaping approach. The separately published Product-managing paper evaluates bounded operational maturity, observable but unquantified coordination value and direct-approach contribution within a distinct product-level instance; neither paper ranks one shaping approach above the other.
