This paper evaluates Product-managing shaped intelligence established through the direct-shaping approach within the bounded AI Shaping knowledge and publication product. It tests three separate propositions: whether the capability is operationally mature within this product; whether its repeated accepted operation shows observable but unquantified Product-coordination value and work-burden shift; and whether this bounded case contributes first-party evidence that direct shaping can create operational value without first materialising separately reusable AI-shaping intelligence. Human product ownership, stewardship and decision authority remain controlling.
The evidence is a purposive eight-case first-party corpus within a window ending with accepted knowledge v1.23 and a dated snapshot of seventeen accepted Product-managing cycles as at 26 July 2026. Maturity was expressly withheld after two complete cycles; the predeclared three-cycle gate was satisfied by the third complete accepted cycle, and later accepted cycles show persistence and variation beyond that minimum. The count defines the evidence window only; it is not effect size, proof or a public quality score. Three anchor cases receive narrative priority: successful governed continuation, human correction of an unsuitable route or format, and deliberate stopping or prevented unauthorised propagation.
Section 10 is the controlling public evidence test. Section 11 centralises the full limitations and unsupported claims. The evidence remains first-party, retrospective, purposively sampled, unequal in trace depth, unquantified and not independently validated or replicated.
The paper supports the bounded operational-maturity classification, observable but unquantified coordination value and a limited first-party direct-approach contribution argument only. It does not establish quantified effect, sole causation, independent validation, replication, generic transferability, autonomy, universal Product-management capability, complete Scrum practice, implementation readiness, deployment assurance or general superiority of the direct-shaping approach.
